Horizon has always been my first go to for anything audio related. As always the customer service is top notch. I happened to need a special splined lug nut socket for my Konig Wheels, and they had it. Yes that was very surprising! Faiz took care of me today. He is Very professional and knowledgeable. great customer service! 😁

My experience was amazing and definitely, Horizon audio is my go to for all my future audio work. My 2011 Ultra now has a new amplifier and the sound is phenomenal. Thank you Faize and Tony for the awesome customer service. You guys are amazing. They both fully explained everything to me during and after the install. Thank you again. -Roy W.

Great service and very friendly people. I had them fix what another audio installation place messed up on my 2021 Can-Am Maverick X3 XRC. They got it sounding the best it's ever sounded. I would highly recommend them.

At Horizon Audio of Alliance you will meet professionals that have been in their career field for quite some time. Customers look for this because finally, they found someplace where their audio needs can be realized and professionally installed and maintained. The people at this place are so awesome that I will drive 45 minutes one way by passing several other stores that are much closer. Which tells you that a building is nothing more then an inanimate object, but people are the heartbeat of a business that makes it come alive. Horizon Audio is not just for audio enthusiast. It’s also wheels and tires and window tint and a host of other products. Recently Frank helped me find a head unit for my Lexus RC 350 from Hamilton. He got the item and installed it. Also I got my car window tint done. I was reluctant to do the window tint because I had other people that did that for me. While there I discovered that they sell high-quality Ceramic tint and their installer was actually at level Pro. Needless to say all my future window tints are gonna be done there at Horizon Audio because I’m that Impressed with the tint and the installer. The store is located in a nice area in Alliance

Frank and his team were super helpful! They gave us a great deal on the remote start. He explained how it works really well and there haven't been any problems so far. I'll definitely be back!
